Dieses Semester wird erstmals größtenteils online stattfinden, dabei sollte euch die verfügbare digitale Infrastruktur möglichst unterstützen statt behindern. Daher gibt es für nächsten Donnerstag (den 23.04.2020) folgende Programmpunkte im Dauer-Zoom-Meeting:

Führung durch das Online-Foyer
Wir haben das Online-Foyer eingerichtet, um eine Plattform zu bieten für verschiedene gemeinsame Aktivitäten, die ihr gerne in der digitalen Uni organisieren würdet. Einige Funktionen sind nicht so leicht zu finden. Daher wollen wir euch mal zeigen, was das Online-Foyer für Möglichkeiten bietet und auch von euch hören, was wir noch gemeinsam starten wollen.
Support-Party
Damit dieses Semester für alle zumindest technisch möglichst reibungslos verläuft, wollen wir die letzten technischen Barrieren aus dem Weg räumen. Dafür wollen wir alle technischen Probleme, die ihr habt, sammeln und uns in Gruppen aufteilen, sodass wir sie parallel lösen. Das können alle Probleme sein mit Klips, Ilias, Zoom, Mattermost. Ob Installation nicht funktioniert, du nicht weißt, wie man die Hardware anschließt, du eine Funktion testen willst, die man lieber nicht in einer Vorlesung testen sollte, oder du diese eine Einstellung nicht findest. Und alle technischen Fragen, die hier nicht aufgelistet sind!
Wenn ihre eure Probleme schon selbst gelöst habt, nehmt bitte teil, um die anderen zu unterstützen!
Zur Vorbereitung wäre es außerdem gut, wenn ihr uns schon mal einige Probleme zuschicken würdet, damit wir eine Vorstellung haben, wie wir die thematisch gliedern.

Auch wenn ihr nicht an dem Zoom-Meeting teilnehmen könnt, werden eure Probleme während der Party live bearbeitet. Die oben angegebenen Kontakte verwandeln sich dann in eine Service-Hotline. 😉

Guided Tour through the Online-Foyer
The Online-Foyer was created to provide a platform for various activities that you would like to organize in the digital university. Some of the features of Mattermost are well-hidden. Therefore we want to show you what the Online-Foyer has to offer and hear from you what else you would like to have.
Technical Support Party
To ensure that this semester runs as smoothly as possible for everyone we want to remove the last technical barriers. To do that, we will collect your technical issues and form groups in the Zoom meeting that work together to solve them. This can be any problems with Klips, Ilias, Zoom, Mattermost, no matter if the installation doesn’t work, you want to test a function that shouldn‘t be tested in a lecture, or you can’t find that one special setting.
And of course all technical problems that aren‘t listed here.
If you already found solutions for your problems, please join the meeting to support the other students!
It would be great if you could send us your problems in advance but we will also solve the problems we didn‘t prepared for.
