Hiermit laden wir euch zu unserer großen Wahl-Vollversammlung am Dienstag den 9.11. um 16 Uhr in HS II in der Physik ein. Hier wird es anfangs allgemeine Informationen zu den anstehenden Wahlen (in der Woche vom 15.-19.11.) geben. Danach werden wir als Fachschaft einen Rechenschaftsbericht ablegen, also in anderen Worten, erzählen, was wir die letzten 2 Jahre so gemacht haben. Im Anschluss daran finden die alljährlichen (leider letztes Jahr wegen Corona ausgefallenen) Wahlen zu den verschiedenen Gremien der Fachschaft (FA, Baukomission, Gleichstellungsbeauftragte, etc.) statt.

16.00 Uhr: Vortrag & Diskussion
Interdisziplinarität in den Naturwissenschaften – Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für die Kölner Physik
16.30 Uhr: Vollversammlung aller Physik-Studierenden
Stimmberechtigt sind alle in Bachelor- Master, Lehramts- und Promotionsstudiengänge eingeschriebenen Studierenden der Physik.
18.30 Uhr: Über die Wahlen reden
Wer steht wofür? Wer hat in der Vergangenheit was in den Gremien gemacht?
In allen parallel laufenden Veranstaltungen wird euch ermöglicht, zur Vollversammlung zu gehen, und euch entsteht daraus kein Nachteil.

We would like to invite you to our big election plenary meeting on Tuesday, 09.11. at 16 o’clock in auditory II in the physics department. We will start with a general information about the upcoming elections (in the week of 15.-19.11.). After that we will give an account of our activities, in other words, we will tell you what we have done in the last 2 years. After that we will have the annual elections (unfortunately not last year because of Corona) for the different committees of the student council (FA, building committee, equal opportunity commissioner, etc.).

16:30: General Assembly of all physics students
All physics students enrolled in Bachelor, Master, teacher training and doctoral programs are entitled to vote at the general assembly.
18:30: Talking about the elections
Who represents what? Who did what in the committees in the past?
In all parallel events you will be allowed to go to the plenary meeting without any disadvantage.
