In vielen Veranstaltungen werden Übungsgruppen nur an einem Tag angeboten. Falls das z.B. auf Grund von Lohnarbeit ein Problem für euch darstellt, sprecht die Verantwortlichen der Veranstaltung an, ob es möglich ist, eine Übungsgruppe an einem anderen Tag anzubieten. Häufig geht das ganz unproblematisch.

Meldet euch bitte bei uns, sollte es Probleme geben, die sich daduch nicht klären lassen. Für das kommende Semester versuchen wir zu erreichen, dass es zu jeder Vorlesung Übungen an mindestens zwei verschiedenen Wochentagen gibt.

Dear (new) Master students,

the student association of Physics at the University of Cologne together with the BCGS student council will organise a welcome program for Master students.

After the AQM lecture on Monday 7th of October at 11:30 (lecture hall III) we will give a short introduction to the university’s canteen.

Moreover, there will be a welcome BBQ on Monday starting at 17:30 in front of the Physics Institute (towards Chemistry Building) in Cologne. All Master students are invited to join and get in contact with the new students! Both, Cologne and Bonn students are welcome 🙂

On Tuesday 15th of October, again after AQM, at 15:30 (LH III) we will explain the most relevant things to know studying at UoC from a student perspective. There will be the possibility to join for a campus tour.

Also, don’t miss the introduction by Dr. Petra Neubauer-Günther on 7th of October at 9:00 in LH III !
